Both types of users have the right to request full deletion of their account and personal data at any time, free of charge.
If you downloaded a mobile app powered by AvowApps and wish to delete your in-app account and personal data, follow these steps:

Delete via the app — open the app you registered with, go to Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. This removes your account and data immediately.

Email us directly — if the in-app option is unavailable, email us at the address below. Include the name of the app you used and your registered email address.

We will confirm deletion — you will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data deleted includes:

📋 Order history
⭐ Loyalty points & stamps
📅 Booking history
🔑 Login credentials
💬 Messages & chat history
If you have a business account on studio.avowapp.com and wish to close your account and delete all your data, you can do this in two ways:

Self-service via Studio — log in to
studio.avowapp.com, go to
Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all apps you created, all pages, and all associated data.

Email request — send us an email from your registered address. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
Data deleted includes:
🏠 All apps you created
📄 All app pages & content
👤 Your account profile
💳 Billing records (where not legally required to retain)
🔒 API tokens & sessions
📊 Analytics data

Deleting your studio account is permanent and irreversible. All customer data within your apps will also be permanently removed. We recommend exporting any data you need before requesting deletion.

All personal data permanently deleted from our systems

Some anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (no personal data) may be retained for platform improvement. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK law.
